Why was my job rejected?

Jobs are reviewed to ensure they meet our guidelines and can be properly matched with tradespeople. Your job may have been rejected for one of the following reasons:

• Too vague or general: We need a description of a specific job that can be roughly estimated.
• Contact details in description: Please don't include phone numbers, email addresses, or other contact details in your job description. These will be shared automatically when you shortlist a tradesperson.
• Spam or inappropriate content: Jobs that appear to be spam, advertising, or contain inappropriate content will be rejected.
• Not a trade job: We can only help with jobs that require a tradesperson. Jobs seeking other services won't be approved.
• Incomplete information: Jobs that don't provide enough detail for tradespeople to understand the work required may be rejected.
