What are references?

When tradespeople first join MyWorkman, they don't have any feedback yet. They can ask up to 2 previous customers to provide references, which appear on their profile clearly marked as references (not verified feedback). While references are useful, verified feedback from jobs posted through MyWorkman provides greater peace of mind.
