I recommend using a high quality grout sealer that’s specifically for usage on light colour grout, ideally it should be penetrating grout sealer . I wouldn’t worry too much about the tiles, porcelain doesn’t stain easily, as it’s not very porous and it’s strong. if your tiles are glazed porcelain then it’s 100% unnecessary to seal them, but if not you can seal them with a tile specific sealer for porcelain tiles, go for a non glossy one so it doesn’t change the tiles appearance.

For sealing your grout to prevent further staining while keeping the light grey colour intact, consider using a penetrating or impregnating grout sealer. These types of sealers absorb into the grout without creating a glossy or colour-altering surface.
