Damproofng wallpaper
Is there a waterproofing agent that I can apply to wallpaper to stop damp coming through? It needs to be a clear agent as I don't want to paint over the wallpaper.

Hi unfortunately as far as I am aware their isn’t have you tried applying storm dry protection cream to the outside wall to see if this works failing this you will then have to go down the excessive route of removing plaster repointing and install new DPC hope this helps
