What to do abut black mould on the wall?

I noticed black mould on the wall near the gutter downpipe. There's some space between the gutter and the wall so I'm not sure how black mould appears on the wall.

The gutter is on one side of the wall (clean). The black mould is on the other wall of the corner.

What to do about it? I checked the gutter inside and it's clear.

There is an obvious problem with water or damp ingress. Unfortunately this won’t go away until the problem has been rectified. This could be down to a slipped tile on the roof or bad pointing of ridge tiles or bricks even a crack in render or pebbledash. Or even the guttering.
Please can I ask what the exterior house consists of, weather it be brick, render or pebbledash please

If you notice mould and mildew on your walls or ceiling, it could mean that your gutters are clogged. The mould and mildew in this case are caused by water sitting in the gutter after it rains

Check the gutter for damage, also check brickwork to see if any issues there, possibly re point,
Clean the damp remove plaster if necessary re skim re paint.

Check to see if there’s a properly fitted eave tray in place that’s even if there is one in position

Black mould is normally the result of condensation issues within the property
This has many factors to consider when assessing the issue reported by a customer.
The construction of the property
The occupiers living traits of occupancy within the property for example! Drying clothes in the property and not opening windows for ventilation.
It can also be caused by poor ventilation as a whole within the property.
This issue can also occur when the property is constructed with solid walls (225mm) without any insulation present resulting in cold wall in the winter months

Black mould is genuinely a condention issue but could also be down to no insulation in the affected area
