New garage
My neighbor is currently doing this, they have removed the old brick garage and have started to erect a wooden garage which is slightly wider and taller. I'm I able to do this as well ? Do I need planning permission before I do this ?

Being constructed of wood should render it a temporary structure so planning not normally required, you would need to ask your local council, but remember tell them it's a temporary wooden structure.
U shouldn't need planning if there was 1 there already but it depends if planning was giving on the first one for a certain size
