Is it safe to use safe without aerator?
My aerator has come off my kitchen tap, is it still ok to use the kitchen tap as normal to wash dishes?

Yes it's fine , it's more to assist with flow than anything else .if your happy with the new flow then not an issue
Yes, just the water will be splashing from the spout
