Loft Boarding Quote?
Sorry to bother you, but what would be the approximate cost for boarding out a loft, so that it's suitable for storage etc. It's an average detached "chalet bungalow". Does that count as a loft conversion?

Applying floor boards to your loft dont make it a loft conversion but as price depends on the area and then materials and the complexity off the job
Around £300 per 10sqm of space to board. As long as you’re not having a room up there, it’s not a conversion, it’s just fitting boards down so that you can store things easily.

Hi there. We board our lofts on a price per square meter, so for example if your bungalow is 4 meters wide by 7 meters long that would give you a Total of 28m2. If I was to charge £40 per square meter the approximate cost of boarding your loft would be £1120 plus any additional extras ie a loft ladder or hatch etc. I hope this was helpful.
It does not count as a loft conversions depending on what you wanted boarded and how much you needed doing. Rough price is around £15 a sqm for loft boarding
