Painting Artex walls?
Can you paint Metallic silver lustre paint on top of Artex?

Prep it with appropriate chaulk/filler in any areas that need it and once done and dry paint thoroughly with 50/50 water and pva. Once dry paint with any colour you like.

I would recommend sealing the artex with a primer firstly, and then once dry (2hrs) you can apply the metallic lustre paint.
