Depends on type of doors, quantity of skirting board, are carpets still down, do doors need sanding down, etc. The only true way to get an answer is get a couple of quotes from decorators as your description is too vague
It all depends on the preparation that is involved and required.
It also depends on the current colour of your 7 doors i.e walnut/teak would require some stain blocking so to speak.
As for your ceilings to fill and paint!! Again it depend on the condition of the ceilings and if there's a lot of prep work. Plus I would need to know ceiling sizes.
